Committed to achievement for all New York City youth, Roads to Success promotes academic, personal and professional development through out-of-school-time programs built on a philosophy of self-discovery. We create and sustain an environment where young people find their identity, build their independence and practice generosity in their communities.

Your DONATIONS' Impact

$25,000 provides 1 year of afterschool for 10 youth in West Harlem
$15,000 sends 120 East Harlem teens on a college visit to Georgetown
$10,000 provides digital cameras to 160 kids in a documentary film class in Flatbush
$2,500 provides a bus trip to our Camp Mason retreat for 50 Brownsville teens
$1,000 sends 1 NYC kids to our sleepaway camp in the Poconos for a week
$250 provides 18 pairs of ballet shoes for our Lower East Side afterschool dance class
$200 buys a hot meal for 50 NYC kids in our afterschool program

Our Programs

Roads to Success provides numerous after school programs and summer camps  in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. Our programs are designed to expose young people to a wide range of creative learning activities in the areas of science, music, sports, performing arts, technology, and much more.   Roads to Success emphasizes the youth development practice of the Circle Of Courage in all of our programs; creating an environment of Belonging, where young people can build their Independence, find and develop their Mastery skill, and practice Generosity in their communities. 

My Role 

As a member of the Board of Directors, I am responsible for improving and increasing fundraising, awareness, and culture. I leverage my expertise in strategic thinking to guide the organization's future planning efforts.
